1. Nature of Our Products
All products offered by Organmoveorganic are digital services delivered electronically. Essential Dusk Starter, Deep Rest Ritual Plan, and Complete Twilight Portfolio packages consist of PDF documents, planning templates, and related digital materials sent to your email address. No physical goods are shipped. This distinction affects applicable consumer rights and refund eligibility as described below.
2. Your Statutory Consumer Rights
As a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If our evening routine planning products do not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. These statutory rights are not affected by this Return Policy.
3. Cooling-Off Period for Digital Products
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you generally have fourteen days from purchase to cancel digital content purchases. However, if you consent to immediate delivery of your Unwind Kit and acknowledge that you will lose your right of cancellation once delivery begins, the cooling-off period may not apply once your personalised evening blueprint has been delivered. Organmoveorganic will obtain your explicit consent before commencing personalised work on Deep Rest Ritual Plan and Complete Twilight Portfolio orders.
4. Cancellations Before Delivery
If you wish to cancel your order before your evening planning documents have been delivered, contact us at welcome@organmoveorganic.world as soon as possible. For Essential Dusk Starter orders that have not yet been sent, a full refund will be processed within fourteen business days. For personalised products where work has not commenced, a full refund will be issued. If planning work has already begun on a personalised Unwind Kit, a partial refund may apply reflecting work completed.
5. Refund Requests After Delivery
If you are dissatisfied with your delivered evening routine plan, contact Organmoveorganic within fourteen days of delivery with specific details about your concerns. We will review your request and may offer one of the following remedies:
- A revision to your evening blueprint within your product tier entitlement at no additional cost.
- A partial refund if the delivered product materially deviates from the product description and cannot be remedied through revision.
- A full refund in cases where the product was not delivered, was corrupted, or failed to match the purchased tier specifications entirely.
Refund eligibility after delivery is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Organmoveorganic reserves the right to decline refund requests where the product was delivered as described and the client simply changed their mind after accessing digital content.
6. Service Commitment
We stand behind the quality of our evening routine planning work. If your Deep Rest Ritual Plan or Complete Twilight Portfolio does not reflect the information you provided in your lifestyle questionnaire, we will revise the plan at no charge within your support period. Our goal is to deliver a practical, personalised evening blueprint that fits your life in the United Kingdom. This commitment does not guarantee specific personal outcomes.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- The client provided inaccurate or incomplete lifestyle information that affected plan customisation.
- The client has used all included revision entitlements and requests further changes outside the product scope.
- The request is made more than fourteen days after delivery without evidence of a material defect or misdescription.
- The client has shared, resold, or publicly distributed the delivered evening planning materials in violation of our Terms of Use.
8. Upgrades and Downgrades
Clients may upgrade from Essential Dusk Starter to Deep Rest Ritual Plan or Complete Twilight Portfolio within sixty days of their original purchase. The price difference between tiers will be charged upon upgrade. Downgrades after delivery are not available, but unused revision entitlements from higher tiers may be applied to future purchases at Organmoveorganic discretion.
9. Refund Process and Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval. You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been initiated. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional five to ten business days for the refund to appear in your account. Contact welcome@organmoveorganic.world if you have not received your refund within twenty business days of approval.
10. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage clients to contact Organmoveorganic directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. We are committed to fair resolution of disputes related to our evening routine planning products. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of future service access pending investigation.
11. Gift Purchases
Unwind Kits purchased as gifts follow the same return and refund terms as standard purchases. The purchaser must initiate any refund or revision request. Gift recipients may contact us for support but refund decisions rest with the original purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. How to Request a Return or Refund
